随着金融自由化与全球化的日益加深，混业经营已经成为国际金融业的发 随着金融自由化与全球化的日益加深，混业经营已经成为国际金融业的发 展趋势。受会融发展水平的制约，中国金融业目前仍实行分业经营、分业管理 的模式。但是，面对混业经营的大趋势与加入WTO带来的挑战，中国金融业 亟需探索出既能适合当前金融发展水平，又能实现混业经营的发展模式。金融 控股公司的特点是“集团混业，经营分业”，它不仅可以使我国金融业实现混业 经营带来的正面效应，而且可以使原有的分业监管仍然有效，有利于我国实现 会融经营和监管体制的平稳过渡，不失为我国金融业从分业走向混业的理想模 式。 本文在对金融控股公司一般理论论述的基础上，就中国金融控股公司的发 展现状及发展模式进行了具体分析和探讨。文中首先对金融控股公司的定义、 经营优势与风险特征进行了论述，总结了金融控股公司的特点；其次对当前中 国金融业分业经营的背景及存在的弊端进行了分析，对国际金融业混业经营的 两种模式进行了比较，指出会融控股公司是中国金融业发展的理想模式；然后 对中国现有的金融控股公司形态及特征进行了分析，并在借鉴西方国家金融控 股公司发展经验的基础上，对中国金融控股公司的路径选择做出了设想，即以 国有商业银行为主体组建中国的金融控股公司。 关键词：金融控股公司；混业经营：国有商业银行 全壁墼墼坌里鉴墨塑壅 全壁墼墼坌里鉴墨塑壅 ．一—— Study on Fihangial HoIding Company Abstract With liberalization and globalization of finance，multi-operation becomes the development trend of international financial industry．China’S financial industry nOW carries OUt separated operation because of the lower finance development level．But facing the multi-operation trend and the challenge ofjoining WTO，China’S financial industry need a suitable development pattem to improve finance development lcv，el The characteristic of finance holding company is multi-operation of group and separated operation of subsidiary company．It Can bring lots of benefit of multi—operation and make the current supervision in effect．Therefore，financial holding company is the ideal selection for China’S financial industry to participate in international competition and transfer separated operation to multi-operation． On the base of the general theory of financial holding company,this paper has a study on China’S financial holding company．The first part of the paper introduces the definition，management advantage and risk characteristic of financial holding company．Then the paper analyzes the background and limitation of the separated operation of Chirms financial industry,and compares the two pattems of multi。operation and concludes that financial holding company is the ideal selection for China’S financial industry．And then the paper analyzes the situat
