英文题目：The research of Old building about Adaptive Reuse and Evaluation Factors ABSTRACT Throughout the development process, we find the history of architecture is indeed a process renewal and remodel. With urban development, the reuse of old buildings has received increasing attention in urban renewal. For the adaptive reuse of old buildings, previous studies mainly from the social history and culture, urban context, the regional characteristics and economic and other aspects to consider, as for the adaptive reuse of old buildings of the evaluation factors are rarely involved. This article is in the old building adaptive reuse of the development process, limiting factors, the basic theory based on the analysis outlined, summarized the basic evaluation elements in adaptive reuse of old buildings and to do some investigate in specific projects on the basic elements, expect to provide some reference for China in the adaptive reuse of old buildings.
