西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 摘 要 本文目的，乃探讨金融市场形成之原因、动力，并进一步追寻 金融市场促进经济发展之作用机理。因此。在介绍完金融市场的概 念、特点、构成、及其功能后，本着“从历史中来。到历史中去” 的原则，接着介绍金融市场的形成历史，以求从中获得蛛丝马迹。 从上述资料中，本文猜想，金融市场从分工中产生，而且，它的产 生，又进一步降低了社会交易费用，使得分工又更为有利可图，因 此，反过来它又加深了社会分工，促进了社会生产率的提高，从而 推动了经济的发展，社会人均收入得以提高。本文的重心，就在于 将以上猜想具体化，以数学模型的形式证实上述猜想并重现金融市 场形成的历史轨迹，揭示其推动经济发展的作用机理。最后，本文 列出了一个有效的金融市场所必须的条件，这也是我国金融改革所 必须满足的条件。 本文的理论意义在于首次以新兴古典经济学的超边际分析方 法，从经济组织的角度探讨金融市场的形成原因、过程以及它对社 会经济的推动作用和作用机理。与传统经济学不同，本文认为，降 低交易成本、促进社会分工，进而提高社会生产率、提高社会人均 收入，既是金融市场形成的最根本动力，同时也是金融市场推动社 会经济发展的作用机理。体文的特殊实践意义在于，结合若干金融 市场的有效性条件，指出在计划经济体制下由政府干预组成的所谓 “金融市场”，很可能起不到上述的降低交易成本、促进社会分工， 进而提高社会生产率、提高社会人均收入的作用或收效甚微，失去 金融市场之原本功能。并提出若干建议，以尽对我国金融改革哪怕 些许的微薄之力。y ， 关键词：金融市场；专业化；飙交易费用；超边际分析 ＼ 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1I页 Abstract The purpose of this article iS to discuss the cause and impetus to the formation of financial market．Then it is engaged in the mechanism of financial market to expedite economic development．After the introduction of the concept，character，structure and function of financial market，the paper involves the history of financial market on principle of”from history and into history”in order to acquire some information．It is guessed on basis of the above references that financial market was born from division of labet and．conversely,can promote division of labor．Detailedly speaking，financial market can reduce sociaI transaction cost，make division of labor profitable。 accelerate social production rate，speed economic development and increase average income per person．To embody the above supposals， prove them by means of mathematical model，replay the historical trace of the formation of financial market and reveal the mechanism of financial market to expedite economic development ．these are the cores of this article．In the end，the necessary condition for an effective financial market iS elicited，which iS also necessary for financial reform of China． The theoretical meaning of this article iS to discuss the cause and the process o
