摘要 摘要 帅1IlI|11|lII|111I|lI|IlIIlllI llllllllIlI Y1 92251 5 摘要 竞技体育作为社会生活的一个重要组成部分，对社会和经济发展的促进作用 已得到了广泛认同。现在世界各国都极其重视本国选手在重大比赛中的表现，而 奥运会规模之大、水平之高、影响之深远是其它赛事所无法比拟的，所以各国都 把主要精力和经费用于实现本国的奥运目标上，并把奥运会作为展示本国经济发 展水平和人民精神面貌的最有力窗口之一。 奥运会成绩是各国竞技体育实力的整体体现，是各单项实力的总和，同时又 受其他国家成绩的影响，彼此之间相互制约。随着时间的变化，各国竞技体育的 实力也会发生变化，中国在奥运会上的强劲对手——美国和俄罗斯的竞技体育实 力也在不断变化之中，因此对他们的分析和研究是十分必要的。通过比较美国、 俄罗斯、中国的奥运实力，可以对我国竞技体育的发展状况能有一个清醒的认识， 从而对2012年伦敦奥运会、2014年索契冬奥会以及我国竞技体育的健康发展提 供理论参考，为我国的奥运决策提供理论借鉴，使我国的奥运实力不断提高。 论文主要采用了文献资料法、比较分析法、数理统计法和逻辑演绎法，通过 充分论证，深入分析，对近三届夏季、冬季奥运会美国、俄罗斯、中国三国的奖 牌、金牌分布，优势、潜优势项目的布局，各体育项目水平的发展变化情况进行 了较为深入的对比分析，对美国、俄罗斯、中国三国的奥运实力有了一定的了解。 通过对近三届夏季、冬季奥运会美国、俄罗斯、中国三国间奥运实力的比较 研究，可以得出以下结论： 1．中国在奥运会上夺取奖牌、金牌逐届增加，金牌“含金量”较低。 2．中国优势、潜优势项目发展空间极其狭小，难以突破瓶颈。 3．中国在基础大项上实力赢弱，与欧美国家相比差距较大。 4．中国在夏季奥运会的关注和重视远远超过冬季奥运会。 为了提高策略制定的科学性和针对性，本研究提出一手抓夏季奥运会，一手 抓冬季奥运会，两手都要抓，两手都要硬，双管齐下，制定了对应的对策。 关键词：夏季奥运会，冬季奥运会，奥运实力，比较，研究 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Athletic sports弱a social life is all important part of social and economic development promoter action has been widely recognized．Now all countries in the world in major domestic players attach great importance to the game，and the Olympics scale and level of higll and far-reaching influence is other events could comprehend，SO，the main energy and money used to achieve their goals，and the Olympic Games as one of the most powerful window to show its economic development level and the people’S mental level． The Olympic results is the whole world athletic sports strength s reflection，it is the sum of each single strength,which is affected by other countries。S result influence， each other mutual constraint．As the change of time，countries of competitive sports strength will also be changing,China in the Olympic Games s opponents-the United States and Russias competitive sports strength are constantly changing，SO to their analysis and study is very necessary．Through comparing the United States，Russia, China’s Olympic strength，the development of competitive sports in our country
