致 谢 特别感谢导师陈立新教授对我的指导和培养，陈老师敏锐的洞察力和高度的责 任心多年以来一直深深地影响着我。在导师的引导下，我阅读了大量相关领域的国 内外文献；同时在课外学习中督促我学习了很多与经济建模相关的课程，锻炼了独 立思考能力和专业素质。这些都是对我完成本论文的重要知识积淀和实证调查的保 证。 感谢辽宁工程技术大学工商管理学院的各位老师，他们对本研究选题及写作提 供了宝贵的指导意见，对我启发很大。管理学院师生情深、博学笃行的文化氛围一 直以来深深地吸引着我和影响着我。 本论文从开题到撰写结束，获得了同门师兄妹非常诚挚和及时的指正和鼓励。 感谢我的同门师兄妹，感谢研究生学习阶段给予我无私帮助的各位同窗好友。 最后，深深地感谢我的父母，感谢他们从小到大对我的教育培养、对我学业的 支持鼓励。 - - I - 摘 要 随着社会经济的发展，技术创新已经成为企业发展的核心，更是推动现代社会 经济增长的关键要素。研究金融发展对技术进步的促进作用及效率，对于深化中国 金融发展模式，改革金融体制，改善企业的融资环境，更好地为技术创新和经济发 展服务，具有重要的现实意义。论文沿着“国内外对比—模型评价—建议”的逻辑 思路，以国内技术创新金融支持为研究对象，结合文献调查与国内外技术创新金融 支持的政策安排和实现途径，实证分析了金融系统主导模式和金融发展对技术创新 的影响。主要结论如下： ⑴通过实证分析国内金融系统的主导模式对技术创新的影响，对比国内资本市 场筹资额与金融机构贷款额对技术创新的影响作用，验证国内金融系统现行的主导 模式对技术创新的有效性。 ⑵通过实证分析资金投入对技术创新的影响，找到国内企业技术创新融资难的 根源。技术创新的主要资金来源于企业，政府和金融机构的资金对研发时间长，不 确定大、风险系数高的发明支持力度小，尤其是金融中介没有体现出其功能。 ⑶通过国内外技术创新金融支持现状的比较和 对国内金融支持影响技术创新 的实证研究，找出国内在技术创新金融支持方面的不足，提出构建技术创新金融环 境的政策安排和拓展技术创新金融支持的实现途径。 关键词：技术创新；金融支持；政策环境；实现途径；实证分析 - - II - Abstract With the social and economic development, technological innovation has become the core of enterprise development; and is the key element to promote the economic growth in modern society. The study of the effect and efficiency of the financial development promoting the technological progress has important practical significance for the consideration of deepening China’s financial development model and improve the financing environment of enterprise, serve the technological innovation and economic development better. The logic route of this paper is: International Comparison - Model Evaluation – Proposals. The author researched the technical innovation and financial support, with a literature survey and the research of the policy arrangement and the achievement approach of financial support for technological innovation at home and abroad, make an empirical analysis of the financial system led model and financial development on the impact of technological innovation.
