万方数据 万方数据 摘要 目前全国大陆范围内除了已经形成北京、上海、广州和深圳四个较大规模的金融中 心，其他一些经济基础较好的城市，例如东北的哈尔滨、长春、沈阳和大连，中西部的 武汉、重庆、西安和成都，也都逐渐发展成为区域性的金融中心。大量的金融资源在这 些中心城市集聚，为实体经济的发展提供了有力的支持，在微观层面则表现为促进实体 企业全要素生产率的提升。 为了深入研究金融集聚影响实体经济的规律，本文在梳理和总结相关研究的基础上， 从金融功能的视角出发，综合产业集聚、信息经济学、新经济地理学以及金融地理学等 相关理论，系统论述了金融集聚提升实体企业生产率的机制。具体地，本文将金融集聚 的作用划分成本地效应和溢出效应，并通过引入企业规模、风险水平以及所有制等企业 异质性因素细致地分析两种效应的差异性与互补性。在实证方面，与大多数宏观层面的 研究不同，本文以微观企业为样本，利用工业企业数据库测算出企业的全要素生产率作 为被解释变量，以地区层面的金融集聚作为解释变量，经过匹配与整理后得出一份包含 将近 9 万家制造企业和 207 个地级城市的面板数据集。对数据集进行固定效应回归分析 的结果表明金融集聚通过本地效应和溢出效应能够显著地提升本地区和周边地区制造 企业的生产率，纳入企业异质性因素的分样本检验表明金融集聚溢出效应对于企业规模 和企业财务风险较为敏感，而本地化的金融集聚则容易导致地方国有企业融资约束弱化 进而阻碍其生产率的提高。 关键词：金融集聚；全要素生产率；金融功能；企业异质性 I Abstract In Chinese mainland there exist four huge financial centers at present: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. In addition, some better developed cities such as Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang and Dalian in the Northeast, Wuhan, Chongqing, Xian and Chengdu in the Midwest, are becoming areal financial centers. These cities agglomerate large amount of financial resources by which they can improve the local economy and raise the TFP of the real enterprises in micro level. In order to reveal how financial agglomeration affects the real economy, this article summarizes the related researches and combines the Industrial Agglomeration Theory, Information Economics, New Economic Geography and Financial Geography to discuss the mechanism by which the financial agglomeration can raise firms’ TFP. Specifically, this article divides the effect of financial agglomeration into local effect and overflow effect. By containing the factors of firm scale, firm’s risk and the style of firm’s ownership this article analyses the differences and the complementation of the two effects in detail. In the empirical research this article uses the firms as micro examples and chooses the TFP of firms as dependent variable and the areal financial agglomeration index as independent variable.
