我院药剂科在军队医院等级评审中的体会及思考 ＊ # 傅若秋 ，吴 畏，卢来春（第三军医大学大坪医院野战外科研究所药剂科，重庆 400042） 中图分类号 R95 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-0408（2014）01-0033-03 DOI 10.6039/j.issn. 1001-0408.2014.01.12 摘 要 目的：介绍我院药剂科在军队医院等级评审中的经验，为同行提供参考和借鉴。方法：介绍我院药剂科在人员分工、制度 完善、难点攻克、培训宣讲等方面的具体措施和方法，结合病区药柜管理的持续改进实例，总结其在军队医院等级评审中的部分经 验。结果：我院药剂科在评审期间成立的专职迎评办公室有效统领了全科的迎评工作；修订完善规章制度681项，通过3个层级的 管理有效促进了制度落实；采取7大措施显著提升了全院合理用药水平，药学核心指标全面达标；采用PDCA 循环的方法有效促 进了病区药柜管理的持续改进，使病区药柜管理存在问题的平均数量由改进前的6.4个降到了0.7个，受到评审专家高度评价。结 论：我院药剂科在军队医院等级评审中所采取的措施和方法切实可行，具有一定的借鉴作用。 关键词 军队医院等级评审；药剂科；经验；PDCA Experience and Consideration on the Level Evaluation of Military Hospital in Pharmacy Department of Our Hospital FU Ruo-qiu ，WU Wei ，LU Lai-chun （Dept. of Pharmacy ，Institute of Surgery Research ，Daping Hospital of Third Military Medical University ，Chongqing 400042，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To introduce the experiences on the level evaluation of military hospital in pharmacy department of our hospital ，and to provide reference for the same occupation. METHODS ：The measures and methods about personnel division ， system perfection ，difficulty to preach ，training were introduced. The examples of continuous improvement means of wards medi- cine-cabinet management ，and summaried the experience of the level evaluation of military hospital were specially introduced. RE- SULTS ：The office which was established specially to manage the whole assessment work was very effective ；there were 681 cop- ies of rules and regulations had been revised ，and the implementation of rules and regulations were promoted effectively by 3 fields of management. The rational use of drugs in our hospital were improved significantly through 7kinds of measures ，all the core indi- cators of pharmacy were qualified ；the ways of PDCA cycle was used to improve the wards medicine-cabinet management ，and the average numbers of the prob
