Department of Law, Political College of China ′s Youth, Beijing 100089, China) Abstract: The relationship between constitutions mainly refers to the relationship between civilians and relevant national bodies and the relationship among different national bodies, among which the law-making bodies are the most active main bodies. The constitutional legal relationship is neither the relationship between constitutions, nor the common legal relationship. This kind of relationship will moderate the national political power. Constitutional politics is the process of implementation of the relationship between constitutions and the process of implementation of the constitutional legal relationship. The main problems of carrying out the constitutional politics in our country are series of inedequate behaviors in the forming and practicing of the relationship between constitutions and the constitutional legal relationship.
