浅谈项目管理中风险管理的整合模式 ［摘要］项目管理己成为一个新兴的学科和行业，在全球得到广泛应用并取得巨大成功。而风 险管理贯穿项目管理的各个阶段和各个领域。风险管理与项目管理的内在关系体现在项目目 标、项目计划和项目管理内容等方，决定了两者整合的必要性和可行性。本文分析了风险管 理的整合模式包括组织整合、技术整合和流程整合等三方面，从而使得风险管理过程得到有 效实践。并提出了要加快学习和深刻理解风险管理内涵，将其用于指导现实工作。 ［关键字］风险管理管理整合项目管理 Introduction to the integration of risk management in the process of projectmanagement mode [Abstract] Project management has become a new subject and industry, is widely applied in the world and will be a great success?
