第 七 届 全 国 土 木 工 程 研 究 生 学 术 论 坛 东 南 大 学 2009 新型建筑模板的开发与应用 1 2 2 代巍 ，宋小软 ，刘培歌 （1.北方工业大学建筑工程学院，北京 100144；2.北方工业大学建筑工程学院，北京 100144） 摘 要：模板是混凝土结构工程施工的重要工具，模板工程的发展对混凝土工程的影响不可小视。新型建筑模板的开发与应用， 不仅为建筑行业带来了良好的经济效益，同时，对环境保护与资源利用也有着不可估量的社会效益。因此，开展新型模板研究、 研制出适合中国国情的建筑模板，具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。为了更好的满足混凝土工程的需要，本文在综述国内外建筑 模板研究成果和发展历程的基础上，介绍了各类模板的应用现状，总结了新型建筑模板发展中存在的问题。针对传统模板的不足， 同时考虑缩短工期、降低工程造价、节约能源和保护环境等因素，指出了发展新型模板的必要性与可行性，并对采用各种不同材 料制作的新型永久性建筑模板进行了分析，对永久性模板技术的未来发展方向做了展望。 关键词：混凝土结构；新型模板；永久性 Development and Application of New Type Architecture Formworks 1 2 2 Dai Wei ，Song Xiaoruan ，Liu Peige （1.College of Architecture Engineering, North China Univ. of Tech.,100144,Beijing,China; 2.College of Architecture Engineering, North China Univ. of Tech.,100144,Beijing,China ） Abstract ：The architecture formworks is important tool for concrete structure engineering, its influence cannot be neglected to the development of the concrete structure engineering. The development and application of the new type architecture formworks not only has good economic efficiency to the construction trade, also has social efficiency to the environmental protection and the use natural resources. Therefore, develop the new type formworks research and find suitable architecture formworks have the important theory significance and the use value. For the better satisfied need of the concrete engineering, after summarizing related research and process of architecture formworks at home and abroad, the paper introduces the present status of various formworks in development process
