Qing Re Zhi Qiu Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (liver
and gallbladder dampness heat type ) : Observation of clinical
efficacy

Abstract
Objective: Qing Re Zhi Qiu Decoction evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine
treatment of liver and gallbladder dampness heat type allergic rhinitis clinical curative
effect, and observed with oral Qufengzhiyang oral liquid two whether there are differences
in efficacy. Methods:In accordance with the conditions of the 60 cases, the application of
randomized scheme is divided into traditional Chinese medicine Qing Re Zhi Qiu
Decoction to a treatment group of 30 cases and oral Qufengzhiyang oral liquid for the
control group of 30 cases. The treatment group was given Qing Re Zhi Qiu Decoction, 7
days for the 1 course. The control group was given oral Qufengzhiyang oral liquid for 1
courses, 7 days. The two groups were treated with continuous 2 course. Observation of
clinical symptoms and signs were recorded before and after treatment, and the adverse
reactions were also recorded. Results:The statistical analysis, the treatment group and the
control group therapy in patients with allergic rhinitis were effective, treatment group total
effectiveness 86.67%, control group, the total efficiency of 73.33%, in two groups after the
end of treatment effect with significant difference (P 0.05 ), suggests that the treatment
group was superior to the control group, the treatment group before treatment, after signs
and symptoms were obviously improved in contrast, effect (P 0.01 ), two groups of
patients in the treatment without the occurrence of adverse events. Conclusion :The
traditional Chinese medicine Qing Re Zhi Qiu Decoction is directed to the liver and
gallbladder dampness heat type allergic rhinitis is a very effective treatment method,
embodies the Chinese medicine to cure for the ultimate purpose of the treatment
