产后大出血22例临床分析体会 义兰花(广西贺州市妇幼保健院 542899) 【摘要】目的：对造成产后大出血的相关因素进行分析，为提出合理的预防 措施奠定理论基础；探讨子宫动脉栓塞法治疗产后大出血的临床疗效。方法收 集我院于2011年1月至2013年1月收治的22例产后大出血患者，对每例大出 血患者发生大出血的原因进行追踪和分析。并对每例产后大出血患者的治疗措施 进行归纳分析，其中9例患者在常规治疗的基础上还进行了子宫动脉栓塞术治疗, 将其视为试验A组;其余13例患者仅给予了常规治疗，我们将其视为试验B组， 通过对两组患者的阴道出血时间、平均出血量、有效止血例数以及阴道出血复发 的情况进行统计来评价两组的临床疗效。结果 在22例产后大幽血患者中，宫缩 乏力、胎盘因素和巨大胎儿占据了导致其大出血原因的前三位，分别占总人数的 31.8%、27.3%和18.2%,属于导致产后大出血的高危因素。试验A组的阴道出血 时间和平均出血量较试验B组显著降低(Plt;0.05)；试验A组13例患者中有 □例有效止血，2例止血失败，且有1例出现阴道出血复发情况；而试验B组中 9例患者均达到有效止血，没有阴道出血复发情况出现。结论宫缩乏力、胎盘 因素和巨大胎儿是导致产妇产后大出血的主要原因，应引起医护人员的高度重视, 做好防护措施「与常规治疗方法相比，子宫动脉栓塞法治疗产后大出血临床疗效 更好，建议临床医生推广使用。 【关键词】产后大出血子宫动脉栓塞法高危因素常规治疗临床疗效 【中图分类号】R714 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085 (2014) 12-0009-02 Experienee of Clinical analysis of 22 cases of postpartum hemorrhage [Abstract] objective To analyze the related factors causing postpartum hemorrhage and laying the theoretical foundation for reasonable precautions; To investigate the clinical efficacy of uterine artery embolization treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
