Abstract：the oil depot is Southern China oil pipeline company Yuejin oil tank area and loading and unloading facilities design, according to an annual sales volume of oil depot and the mode of transport and the oil depot location topography, hydro geological data and the relevant meteorological data, carries on the reasonable design of oil depot.
