Moreover, before and after spillovers of tacit knowledge, knowledge overlap degree can describe the content changes of tacit knowledge. The spillovers of tacit knowledge can trigger the whole processes of business innovation in an industrial cluste匚 This article illustrates the innovation of an industrial cluster, which is caused by the tacit knowledge spillovers. It has some theoretical and practical significance for enterprises to absorb and utilize tacit knowledge, as well as to maintain the competitive advantage of industrial clusters. Key words : Industrial Cluster； Tacit Knowledge； Spillover； Innovation； 产业集群内隐性知识溢出与创新研究 摘要：根据隐性知识的不易代码化传递和应用环境依赖性特点，提出隐性知识增 量模型，利用溢出前后知识垂叠度说明企业隐性知识变化情况。依据模型分析隐 性知识溢岀后促发企业创新的整个过程。本文说明了由隐性知识引起的集群创新 问题，对企业吸收和应用隐性知识，以及保持产业集群的竞争优势有一定的理论 和实际意义。 关键词：产业集群；隐性知识；溢出；创新 大量关于产业集群的研究发现，集群有助于创新。早期提出集群创新的熊彼 特认为，创新促使具有关联的企业形成集群；马歇尔在《经济学原理》中提出， 技术、信息等在集群内传播产生正的外部效应，促进了创新。K.J巴顿在《城市 经济学》中认为，地理位置集中刺激企业创新。这些学者初步认识到了产业集群 和创新的联系。以波特为代表的学者，则从不同角度探讨了集群为什么能够促进 创新。本文根据以往学者的研究成果和不足，针对隐性知识的特点，提出产业集 群内隐性知识溢出后的知识增量模型，力图解释由隐性知识引起的集群创新问 题。 1产业集群创新的理论综述与研究不足 1. 1产业集群内知识溢出的相关研究Saxenian(1990)通过对硅谷的研究, 认为良好的社交氛围加快了知识的产牛和传播⑴；Enright (1999)认为劳动力市 场的知识溢出推动集群创新叫Baptista (2001)通过理论和实证两方面研究发 现，个人联系、企业网络以及企业间的相互作用促进了知识传播，成为集群创新 的内在原因，以248家企业数据说明集群通过专业知识的溢出和传播构成外部性 实现创新Cowan (2003)在文章中引用Jaffe , Baptista, Swann等人的
