产品成熟度概念在手机制造业新品工程化中的应用研究 ［摘要］随着全球一体化带來的变化，手机生产企业间的市场竞争口趋激烈，手机新产品 是占据市场的重要祛码，而新产品成熟状态决定产品能否快速批量上市占据市场先机。而目 前手机制造业对成熟度的应用研究主要集中在技术设计及开发阶段，即技术成熟度。而对新 产品开发基本定型后到量产前的工业化过渡阶段，即本文定义的新产品导入阶段的产品状态 关注较少，本文借鉴国内外研究人员对产品成熟度概念探讨的基础上，对手机产品成熟度概 念及管理策略在新产晶导入阶段的应用进行研究，对手机制造业新产品导入阶段进行界定， 阐述了产品成熟度概念在手机制造业新产品导入阶段的应用管理，并进行了可行性分析，论 述了手机新产品导入阶段的成熟度管理模式，如何应用产品成熟度概念对新产品导入的进度、 产品成本、产品质量进行管理。 ［关键字］新产品导入 产品成熟度 成熟度模型 Research and Application of the Concept of Product Maturity in the new productengineering in Manufacturing industry [Abstract] The globalizati on has brought huge in fluences to the intern ational trade, especially for smart phone manufacturers. The competition between smart phone manufacturers is becoming more and more intense. If you want to grab more market shares than your competitors, you have to release your new product more ofteru How to make your new product go to market depends on how amateur your new product is. At present, the research on the application of mobile phone manufacturing industry is mainly concentrated in the technology design and development stage, that is, technology maturity. The basic shape of the new product development to the production industrialization before the transition stage, namely the product state pay little attention on the new product defined in this paper, based on the domestic and foreign researchers on product maturity on the concept. This paper discusses the maturity management mode of the new product introduction stage, how to use the product maturity to the new product introduction, product cost, product quality management.
