Call a student answer this question “what is the time now ?/what time is it now?” Step 2: Guess a riddle. I have one face ,three arms,Ido not have legs and mouth,but I can tell the time,what am I?(I am a clock) Step3. This lesson we will study lesson 12 tick-tock The new words clock clap snap tick-tock yet half half an hour quarter past First explain then read Step4. Have the class read Ms liu’s instructions. Explain “No,not yet”和 “Quarter to three” Step5. Play the tape . divide the class into three groups. Ask the Ss to listen and practise singing with and without the tape for a few times. Step6.
