车床法兰盘零件机械加工工艺及典型夹具设计（有cad源图等） 　　　　车床法兰盘零件机械加工工艺及其典型夹具设计 摘要 　　　机械制造业的发展对世界经济起着非常重要的作用，而机械加工工艺的编制是机械制造技术的重要组成部分和关键工作。在制定工艺过程中，要确定各工序的安装工位和该工序需要的工步，加工该工序的机车及机床的进给量，切削深度，主轴转速和切削速度，该工序的夹具，刀具及量具，还有走刀次数和走刀长度，最后计算该工序的基本时间，辅助时间和工作地服务时间。 　　　本次设计了两套法兰盘的专用夹具设计。首先要对零件进行工艺分析，经过工艺分析，对工序进行对比，通过选定某一工序设计专用夹具，选择定位基准、定位方法和定位元件，进行定位误差分析。运用AUTOCAD实现了机床夹具零部件的标准化、系列化,减少了设计者在机床夹具标准件部分的建模工作,从而可使设计人员把更多的时间投入到创造性的工作中去,以达到缩短产品开发周期的目的。 　　　 关键词：机械制造；工艺过程；车床法兰盘；工序；夹具 　　　 　　　 Lathe flange Part machining process and Its typical fixture design 　　　　 Abstract 　　　Machinery manufacturing industry plays a very important role in the development of the world economy, and the preparation of the machining process is an important part of the machinery manufacturing technology and key.
