优势聚力护理模式在妊娠期糖尿病患者 中的应用 顾建梅 江苏省常熟市中医院产科 摘要： 口的观察优势聚力护理模式在妊娠期糖尿病患者屮的应用效果。方法选择优势 聚力护理模式实施前（2015年1月一6月）妊娠期糖尿病患者47例，实施常规 治疗和护理。选取优势聚力护理模式实施后（2015年7—12月）妊娠期糖尿病 患者47例为观察组，在常规治疗和护理基础上实施优势聚力护理模式。评估2 组孕妇健康知识掌握度与治疗依从性，对比2组血糖控制效果。结果 实施干预 后，观察组患者相关健康知识掌握度与治疗依从性评分均高于对照组患者 （P0.05） , 2组空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2h PBG）及和糖化血红蛋白 （HbAlc）值差异有统计学意义（IK0.05）。结论采用优势聚力护理模式能够提 高妊娠期糖尿病孕妇健康知识掌握度及治疗依从性，获得较为理想的血糖控制 效果。 关键词： 妊娠期糖尿病;血糖控制;协同护理;疾病认知度; 收稿日期：2017-08-01 Application of cohesion nursing model in patients with gestatiorial diabetes mellitus GU Jianmei Department of Obstetrics, Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Abstract： Objective To evaluate the application of cohesion nursing model in pati ents with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Tot ally 47 pati ents with gestational diabetes mel1itus were enrolied as the control group before implementation of cohesion nursing model (between January, 2015 and June, 2015) , another 47 patients were selccted as the observation group between July, 2015 and December, 2015. Both two groups received conventional treatment and nursing care for blood glucose control, and the cohesion nursing model was applied in the observation. The disease awareness and the treatment complianee of peitients were evaluated，and the intorvention effect on blood glucose control was compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation group had a higher disease awareness and the treatment compliance compared with those in the control group after intervention (P 0.05) .There was a significant differenee in FBG, 2 h PBG and lib Al c between two groups after intcrvcntion. Conclusion Application of cohesion nursing intervention may improve the awareness on blood glucose control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.
