Methods: The clinical data of 60 patients with fracture of surgical neck of humerus during the January 2007 and February 2009 in Chengdu Orthopaedic Hospital were collected, and the 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases each group. The treatment group were treated with surgery with improved operative incision, and the control group were treated with surgery with traditional operative incision.
