Benefit Evaluation of Winter Warming and Early － maturing Cultivation Techniques
of Famous and Special Vegetables in Protected Field of Greenhouse

Abstract: The paper studied the changes in air temperature and soil temperature of five cultivation modes in the protected
fields of greenhouse as well as their early － maturing effect upon Zingiber mioga ，white haricot bean and green soybean ，and com-
pared the input and output of each treatment． The results showed that there was relatively small difference in the maximum air tem-
perature ，and relatively large difference in the minimum air temperature among different mulching treatments． Soil temperatures at
the soil depth of 5 cm ，10 cm and 20 cm were quite different． Each treatment could effectively enhance the so
