硕七学位论文 硕七学位论文 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Intefferometric measuring technique is based on the optical interference principle．It is not only an important method in experimental physics but also widely applied in other subjects．Comparing with the conlnlon optical measuring method,interferometric measuring technique has higher sensitivity and precision．Because several physical parameters such as displacement,refractive index,wavelength are reflected by interference fringes of interferometer,automatic．recording and processiong of the interference fringes is one of the important development of interferometry measuring technique．According to the experiment ofmichelson interferometer,a new interference fringe counter system Was designed by usiI培charge coupled device(CCD)． CCD is one kind of semiconductor imaging components．With the aid of necessary optical system and drive circuit,it call shig store， transmit,and process the scenery picture by the photo-electricity signal． DuringⅡ硷recent 20 years．the CCD technology has been widely applied to military and civil fields．In particular along with the enhancement of industrial automation degree as well as the industry spine need,the application of CCD is more and more popular in-the examination and monitoring． Linear CCD-TCDl25 1UD Was applied to conduct the research to the fixed poim intensity change in this article．In this foundation,a set of strips counters system Was designed by Use of the SCM,the analog-digital electronic technology and the photo-electricity measuring technique． Acoordillg to the analysis of the linear CCD strip counting equipment,the optical system constitution and the linear CCD—signal output processing system Was determined iIl the article．And this article completed the SCM procedure．This procedure realized that control and read the A／D conversion．Moreover,this article also introduced computer procedure basing on the LabVIE
