河北工业大学硕士学位论文 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 基于虚拟样机的袋式除尘器工作性能测试技术及应用研究 基于虚拟样机的袋式除尘器工作性能测试技术及应用研究 i i PAGE PAGE iv 基于虚拟样机的袋式除尘器工作性能测试技术及应用研究 摘 要 测试在产品优化设计中占有重要地位，它是验证产品性能必不可少的环节。测试工作 的好坏对产品的设计周期、研发费用和产品质量等问题有直接的影响。随着科学技术的发 展，大量新理论、新技术被应用到产品的设计优化过程中，同时这也对测试技术提出了新 的要求和挑战。 虚拟测试技术采用设计前端测试技术，针对虚拟样机进行仿真测试，是目前国际上最 先进的测试技术，被广泛的应用于电路测试、汽车测试、航空航天测试等各个领域。虚拟 测试技术可以通过对虚拟试验的数据分析来完成相关的测试过程。 本文在分析了虚拟测试技术以及虚拟测试理论的基础上，结合袋式除尘器虚拟测试系 统提出了一种基于虚拟样机的虚拟测试的方法，并以袋式除尘器的工作性能测试为例将整 个过程加以展示。本文在基于袋式除尘器虚拟实验的基础之上通过对虚拟实验数据的分析 研究来完成其工作性能测试。这种测试方法在新产品研发的测试中，可预防解决设计存在 缺陷及设计方案是否合理等问题；在实际应用中，可以帮助工作人员找到产品设备的最佳 工作状态，提高工作效率。 关键词：虚拟测试技术，虚拟样机技术，袋式除尘器，工作性能测试 BASED ON VIRTUAL PROTOTYPE OF BAGHOUSE WORK PERFORMANCE TESTING TECHNOLOGY AND APPLICATION RESEARCH ABSTRACT Test is playing an important role in the product design and optimizes, and it is a validation step in product design work. Test will directly affect the product design cycle, development costs, product quality and other issues. With the development of science and technology, a large number of new theories, new technologies are applied to product design optimization process, this also proposed new demands and challenges to the test. Virtual test technology contains the front-end test technology. It is currently the most advanced testing technique in the virtual prototype simulation test, which is widely used in various areas, such as circuit testing, automotive testing and aerospace testing. Virtual testing technique is used to analyze the data of the virtual test to complete the test. On the basis of virtual testing technique and virtual testing theory, combination of the baghouse virtual test system , a method based on virtual prototype virtual test is proposed in this paper. The baghouse work performance test, as the example, show the entire process. The baghouse virtual experiment must be the first.
