热轧板带钢生产线精轧机换辊小车设计 摘 要：本文叙述了鞍钢2150热轧板带钢生产线精轧机换辊小车的设计情况,辊系小车的驱动方式原为链条拖动和液压缸驱动的棘轮机构共同作用,步骤烦琐,换辊时间长,改为动力小车直接驱动后,缩短了换辊时间,提高生产效率。 本文概述了换辊小车的国内外发展情况及其发展方向。主要进行PC轧机换辊小车的设计。利用电机提供动力，使减速器输出轴上的链轮在固定链条上滚动，从而使小车在轨道上运动。利用液压缸使拉出钩绕销轴转动，进行挂钩或推钩，从而使工作辊拉出或推进。最终实现换辊工作。在设计过程中进行了换辊小车的传动方案、工作原理、润滑及环保与经济性分析，重点进行换辊小车的结构设计、工作参数的选择、电动机的选择及计算，设计中主要零部件的计算及校核。 关键词：换辊；辊系小车；链条；棘轮机构；动力小车 -The Design Of Roll Changing Car Finishing Will Used for Hot Strip Production Linee Abstract：The paper detailed the design of roll changing car finishing will used for hot strip production line.Chain drag and the ratchet mechanism on the drive of hydraulic cylinder,which function together the car of roll set before,it was really a complex way and the time of roll changing was too long.While changing the mode of drive into power car drive directly，the time of roll changingwill reduce，and the efficency of product will be more efficent.The paper summaries the trends of roll changing car international. The major design is the PC mill roll changing car.Using the generator to provide power,then the sprocket on the retardor output shaft will roll on the fixed chain,the car can move on the track accordingly.On the act of the hydraulic cylinder,the pulling out hook will rotate a pin roll to hang the hook or push the hook,then the working roll will be pushed or dragged,the roll changing work finally finished.During the design process,we analysed the transmission plan of the roll changing car ,and it’s working principal,lubrication,enviorment effect and economics effect.The key is roll changing car’s struct design ,the choice of it’s working parameter ,the choice of motor and some caculation,check of some major spare parts.Referencing some other’s practices,through the roll change buggy’s design and analysis,all the techiniques can meet the needs.This design can be practical.
