工程项目中的质量管理 摘要 工程项口屮的质量管理是工程管理屮最为核心的管理主线，质量管理 贯穿于工程项目施工的全过程，不仅关系到项目工程的优劣，也关系到相关人 员的人身安全。只有保证对工程项目进行严格的质量管理，才能保证施工的完 整，成功实现高层的质量目标。尽管如此，目前，大多数施工企业项目质量管理 中仍存在如下问题：1、施工质量与工程成本之间存在重成本而轻质量的现 象。2、设计过程中缺乏控制，造成项目设计变更数量增加，降低了项目质 量。3、企业普遍缺乏高素质的工程管理人才。4、在项目的实施过程中，项目 经理没有制定切实可行的项目质量计划，导致施工过程中所有程序乱套。本文 以项目质量管理学为基础，对上述存在的问题进行分析与探讨，并提出如何改 进工程项目质量管理的一些有效措施，旨在提高项目管理水平的构想。 关键词 工程 项目管理 质量质量管理 Quality Management In Engineering Project ABSTRACT Quality management in engineering project is the main line and core of project management, quality management lies in the whole process of project construction. Not only related to the merits of the project, but also related to personal safety. Only guarantee the strict quality management of engineering project, to ensure the integrity of project construction, the successful implementation of high quality objectives. Nevertheless, at present, the following problems still exist in the project quality management of most construction enterprises: 1, the dominance of cost over the quality between construction quality and engineering cost. 2, the lack of control in the design process, resulting in project design change quantity increase, reduce the project quality. 3, Enterprise general lack of high quality engineering management talents. 4, in the implementation process of the project, project manager does not have make feasible project quality plan, lead to all the mess in the process of construction program. In this paper, based on the project quality management, to the analysis of existing problems and discusses, and puts forward how to improve the quality of the project management of some effective measures, aimed at improving the level of project management idea.
