成分输血治疗产科出血合并DIC 10例疗效观察 武汉市黄陂区人民医院妇产科 湖北武汉430300 摘要：目的：观察成分输血在产科出血合并DIC (弥散性血管内凝血)治疗中的 应用效果。方法;选取我院产科在2014年9月~2015年10月收治的10例产科 出血合并DIC患者作为研究对象，对所有患者予以常规综合治疗和成分输血，观 察患者治疗前后的各项指标变化。结果：木组患者的悬浮红细胞输入量为 (13.6plusmn;2.1) U,新鲜冰冻血浆输入量为(1550plusmn;300) ml,冷沉 淀输入量为(20.5plusmn;4.6) U,血小板输入量为(2.3plusmn;0.3)个。本组 患者治疗后的HGB、PLT、FIB水平均较治疗前显著提高(Plt;0.05), PT、TT、 APTT水平则较治疗前显著降低，Plt;0.05o经及时的抢救治疗，9例治愈出院, 1例在抢救6d后放弃治疗。结论：对产科出血合并DIC患者辅助应用成分出血， 有助于改善临床症状及各项血液指标，提高抢救成功率，是产科抢救DIC患者的 有效措施，值得推广。 关键词：DIC；产科出血；成分输血 To observe the curative effect of 10 cases of obstetric hemorrhage treatment with DIC component blood transfusion Pan Yunhua (Wuha n city Huangpi District Peoples Hospital of Obstetrics and Gyn ecology of Hubei Wuhan 430300) [Abstract] Objective： To observe the effect of component blood transfusion in obstetric hemorrhage complicated with DIC (DIC) application effect in the treatment of.Methods： in our hospital in September 2014-2015 year in October 10 cases of obstetric hemorrhage complicated with DIC Patients as the research object, all patients received routine comprehensive treatment and blood component transfusion, observed in patients with various indicators before and after treatme nt.Results： the red cell suspensi on in put in this group of patie nts was (13.6 + 2.1) U, fresh frozen plasma as input (1550 + 300) mb cold precipitation as input (20.5 + 4.6) U, platelet as input (2.3 + 0.3) a.This group of patients after HGB, PLT and FIB levels were significantly increased (Plt;0.05), PT, TT, APTT levels were significantly lower than before treatment, Plt;0.05.After a timely rescue treatment， 9 cases were cured and discharged, 1 cases in the treatment of 6D after the treatment.Conclusion： the application of bleeding in patients with obstetric hemorrhage combined with DIC, help to improve the clinical symptoms and blood indicators, improve the success rate of rescue, is an effective measure to save DIC patients, it is worth promoting. ［Key words］ DIC； obstetric hemorrhage； comp
