180 ·质量管理· 药品检测实验室加强医疗废物质量管理的重要性 # # （中国食品药品检定研究院，北京 100050） 马丽颖 ，赵国雄 ，郭亚新，陈奎，邹健 摘要 目的：阐述药品检测机构医疗废弃物规范管理在质量管理体系中的重要性，规范实验室操作，加 强实验室人员安全防护意识，保证实验室人员和周围环境的安全，预防感染，完善实验室质量管理体系。 方法：依据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》《医疗废物管理条例》《医疗卫生机构医疗废物管理办 法》，结合药品检测机构工作实际，分析在检验检测工作中医疗废弃物管理过程存在的问题及应采取的 措施。结果：通过产生医疗废弃物的实验室自查及质量负责部门检查和相关管理部门督查，提出了强化 医疗废弃物管理的对策和合理化建议，健全了药品检测机构医疗废弃物质量管理模式。结论：在实验室 质量安全管理中，医疗废弃物管理处于管理链的末端，但重要性应提高至首位，完善制度，加强培训宣 传，完善检测督导机制在医疗废弃物的管理工作中至关重要。 关键词： 医疗废物；监督；管理；质量控制 H083 R95 A 1002-7777(2018)02-0180-04 中图分类号： ； 文献标识码： 文章编号： doi:10.16153/j.1002-7777.2018.02.004 The Importance of Enhancing the Quality Management of Medical Waste in Drug Testing Laboratories # # Ma Liying , Zhao Guoxiong , Guo Yaxin, Chen Kui, Zou Jian (National Institutes for Food and Drug Control, Beijing 100050, China) Abstract Objective: To describe the importance of the standardization management of medical waste of the drug testing agencies in the quality management system, to standardize the laboratory operation, to strengthen the safety awareness of laboratory personnel, to prevent infection and ensure the safety of laboratory personnel and the surrounding environment, and to improve the laboratory quality management system. Methods: According to the Law of the Peoples Republic of China on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases , the Regulation on the Administration of Medical Treatment Wastes, Medical Waste Management Methods of Medical and Health Institutions , combined with actual practice of drug testing agency, problems in the management of medical waste and measures were taken into consideration during the inspection and testing works were analyzed.
