ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the internal HR management of Container
Company, find out problems which hinder HR work carrying out smoothly, and use
HR management theory to propose the suitable incentive policy for enterprise. The
thesis hopes to be of great benefit for the whole enterprise and employees through the
explanation and application of incentive policy, which could increase employees’
loyalty and help the enterprise to form core competitiveness, so as to remain
invincible in shipping industry. This is also the significance of this thesis.
First of all, the thesis uses theories like Maslows Hierarchy of Needs, Theory X
and Theory Y, Two Factor Theory. In view of statute for limitation of HR
management, this paper draws extensively on the present theory, from three different
perspectives of incentive policies for further analysis, such as object, subject, and
method. Then, the article briefly introduces the operating areas, business scale, and
management conception of Sinotrans Group, Sinotrans Limited, Sinotrans Tianjin and
Container Company. From the organizational structure, personnel structure and
income level, the thesis sums up internal HR reform situation and finds many
potential problems of Container Company. Meanwhile, the article uses SWOT
analysis to find out internal and external incentive policies. Finally, the thesis uses
essence of the above theory to solve company’s internal HR management problems
from material and spiritual dimensions. The article puts forward to solve problems
in various solutions.
