探讨早期康复护理在重型脑外伤患者认知功能恢复及减少鼻饲并发症中的作用 顾黎薇 (江苏省南通大学附属医院江苏南通226000) 【摘要】冃的：探讨早期康复护理在重型脑外伤患者认知功能恢复及减少鼻 饲并发症中的作用。方法：本次试验对象为我院自2014年3月以来所收治的75 例重型脑外伤患者，按照分段随机化法将患者分为常规组和早期组。常规组给予 常规康复护理；早期组给予早期康复护理。评价：(1)康复护理满意率；(2)护 理前后患者认知功能情况；(3)鼻饲并发症发生率。结果：(1)早期组患者康复 护理满意率显著比常规组高，PV0.05； (2)护理前两组认知功能相似，P0.05； 护理后早期组对比常规组认知功能改善更显著，PV0.05。(3)早期组鼻饲并发 症发生率显著比常规组低，PV0.05。结论：早期康复护理在重型脑外伤患者认 知功能恢复及减少鼻饲并发症屮的作用确切，可有效改善患者认知功能，减少鼻 饲并发症的发生，提升患者对康复护理的满意度，值得推广。 【关键词】早期康复护理;重型脑外伤患者;认知功能;鼻饲并发症;作用 【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1007-8231 (2016) 08-0167-02 Early rehabilitation nursing of patients with cognitive function in severe brain in jury recovery and reduce complicati ons of n asal feeding [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing in the patients with severe brain injury cognitive function recovery and reduce the complications of nasal feeding. Methods The subjects of this study were 75 cases of severe trauma tic brai n injury patients admitted to our hospital since March 2014. The patients were divided into routine group and early stage group according to the method of subsection randomization. Routine rehabilitation nursing was given in the routine group, and the early rehabilitation nursing care was given to the early group.
