ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In 2006, the State Council issued the 2006-2020 National Information Development Strategy, among which the idea of promoting community information, improving community service be taken as one of the strategies focus on Chinas information technology development. Currently, the construction of community information has been carried out step by step, achieving fruitful results. The ability of community public service is greatly enhanced with community management information, bringing much more conveniences for the residents.
