探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察 佳木斯大学154007 摘要：目的研究分析双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性 结肠炎患者的临床疗效观察。方法 此次研究的对彖是选择2014年6月?2015 年6月收治的80例溃疡性结肠炎患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据 随机数字表法分为两组，各40例，对照组应用美沙拉嗪肠溶片，观察组釆用双 歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的治疗效果。 结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统 计注意义(Plt;0.05)；治疗后观察组患者的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、 IL?6、IL?8、IL?10、肿瘤坏死因子-alpha;(TNF-alpha;)以及超皱C反应蛋口(hs-CRP) 表达水平较治疗前与对照组均有显著改善，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)o结 论双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者疗效确切， 可改善机体细胞因子表达。 关键词：溃疡性结肠炎；双歧杆菌三联活菌散；美沙拉嗪肠溶片；细胞因子； 超氧化物歧化酶 [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of B讦id Triple Viable powder combined with Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets in treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis.The object of this research method is between June 2014 and June 2015 were treated 80 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis, the retrospective analysis of the clinical data, and they were randomly divided into two groups, each of 40 cases, the control group used Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets, the observation group with double Bifidobacterium triple viable powder combined with Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets for two groups of patients after the treatment effect.Results the total effective rate of treatment group was 90%, significantly higher than the control group 75%，the differenee was statistically significant (Plt;0.05)； observation of superoxide dismutase in patients after treatment (SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF- alpha) and super sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) expression levels before treatment and control group were sigrdficantly improved, the differenee was statistically significant (Plt;0.05) .Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable powder combined with Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tabletss curative effect in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis is exact, expression of cytokines to improve.
