新型一次性包皮环切缝合器与传统包皮环切术治疗包皮过长、包茎的疗效比较安徽省广德县人民医院安徽广德242200【摘要】目的比较应用新型一次性包皮环切缝合器与传统包皮环切术治疗包皮过长包茎患者的临床疗效。方法对2014年5月至2015年口月于我院行包皮手术的患者共160例进行观察，分别应用新型一次性包皮环切缝合器及传统包皮环切术治疗，对2组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛程度、外观满意度、术后并发症等进行统计学分析。结果新型一次性包皮环切缝合器组的疗效显著优于传统包皮环切术组(P 0.05),术后并发症及水肿也显著减低(P0.05), 但费用相对较高。结论新型一次性包皮环切缝合器较传统环切术手术时间短、出血量少、痛苦小、美观、术后水肿等并发症少，值得推广应用；而传统手术费用低廉、适应症广、技术成熟，仍具有一定的应用价值。因此，临床上究竟选择何种术式，需综合考虑患者经济条件及病情的需要。关键词包皮环切术；一次性包皮环切缝合器；包皮过长Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the new type of disposable circumcision suture device and circumcision .Zhou Qingqin An Zongli Qin Shengqing ZhaoChangxi.Department of Urology,Guangde County Peoplersquo;s Hospital of Anhui Provinee, Guangde 242200,China.【Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical efficiency and complication between the disposable circumcision suture device and the conventional circumcision of the prepuce or phimosis patients. MethodsThere were 160circumcision surgery cases of patients during May 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain degree, appearanee satisfaction, postoperative complications of the 2 groups were statistically analyzed. ResultsThe curative effect of the disposable circumcision suture group was significantly better than that of the traditional circumcision group(Plt;0.05),and the postoperative complications and edema were significantly reduced(Plt;0.05),but the cost is relatively high.
