新生儿护理中鸟巢式护理的临床应用效果分析 四川省宜宾市第一人民医院新牛儿科四川宜宾644000 作者简介：罗代辉(1974-)女，籍贯：四川宜宾，学历：大专，主管护师，单 位：宜宾市第一人民医院，从事临床护理工作 【摘要】目的探讨鸟巢式护理在新牛儿护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院 2014年6月一2014年12月收治的102例新牛儿，将其按双盲随机分为两组，观 察组51例，对照组51例。对照组予以传统常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予鸟 巢式护理，观察并对比两组新生儿出暖箱时间、睡眠时间、血氧饱和度、体温、 体质量增长、胃肠功能及并发症情况。结果(1)观察组出暖箱时间、体温波 动均小于对照组，睡眠时间、血氧饱和度、体质量增长均高于对照组。(2)观察 组呼吸暂停次数、喂养不耐受、硬肿、皮肤溃损发生率低于对照组。(3)观察组 首次胎便时间、胎便转黄时间短于对照组，排便次数、进奶量增加高于对照组。 对比有统计学意义(Pt;0.05)o结论鸟巢式护理在新牛儿护理中应用价值较 高，可将新牛儿出暖箱时间缩短，降低并发症发牛率，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】鸟巢式护理；新生儿；应用 【中图分类号】R449【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)09-0251-01 Clinical application effect analysis of bird nest type nursing in neonatal nursing 【Abstract 】 Objective to explore the application of bird nest type nursing in newborn care value. Results (1) time, temperature fluctuations warmers observation group were less than control group, sleep time, oxygen saturation, and body quality growth were higher than the control group. (2) the observation group number of apnea, feeding intoleranee, hard swollen, the incidenee of skin damage is lower than the control group. (3) observation group first meconium time, meconium to yellow time shorter tha n the con trol group, stool freque ncy, in crease in milk is higher tha n the control group. The contrast was statistically sign讦icant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion bird nest type nursing high application value in neonatal nursing, can shorten the newborn warm box time, reduce the incidenee of complications, worthy of clinical popularization and application. 【key words] bird nest type nursing
