浅析无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭临床效果 穆棱市人民医院157599 摘要：目的研究分析无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床 效果。方法此次研究的对彖是选择2013年1月?2013年12月间选取64名来我 院急诊病房及急诊监护室治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者，将其临床 资料进行回顾性分析，并利用随机分组法将患者分为试验组和对照组，分别给予 (无创通气+常规治疗)和常规治疗，治疗一段时间，观察疗效。结果无创通气 治疗慢性阻塞性帅疾病合并呼吸衰竭的患者临床疗效有效率(93.8%)明显高于 常规治疗组(88.3%),试验组和对照组在治疗后心率、血压、PaCO2、PaO2＞呼 吸频率、pH值等指标均有所变化；其屮试验组屮各个指标的改善程度均好于对 照组，利用无创通气治疗后插管率、病死率、不良事件发生率及住院时间等指标 均有所降低。结论利用无创通气慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭具有临床疗效 好，副反应少，预后效果好，效果值得肯定等特点，值得临床上大范围的推广。 关键词：无创通气；慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭；临床疗效 Abstract： Objective To study the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatme nt of chr onic obstructive pulm on ary disease with respiratory failure.Method the study object is to choose a January 2013 to December 2013 selected 64 to our hospital emergency wards and emergency care unit in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulm on ary disease with respiratory failure patie nts, their clin ical data were retrospective analysis, and use randomization method, the patients were divided into test group and control group, were given (norvinvasive ventilation and conventional therapy) and conventional therapy, treatment for a period of time.The therapeutic effect was observed.Results of noninvasive ventilation efficiency (93.8%) was sign讦icantly higher than that in the conventional treatment group (88.3%) in the treatme nt of chr onic obstructive pulm on ary disease with respiratory failure in patients with clinical curative effect, the experimental group and the control group after treatment in heart rate, blood pressure, PaCO2, PaO2, respiratory rate. pH value indexes change; improvement of each index in the experimental group were better than that of the control group.With no invasive ventilation in the treatment after intubation rate and mortality rate, adverse events occurred rate and hospitalization time and other indicators have decreased.Conclusion the use of nonin vasive ven tilati on in chr onic obstructive pulm on ary disease with respiratory failure has good clinical efficacy, f
