摘 摘 要 地铁无线调度系统的任务是建立一个视听链路网，为控制中心／车辆段的调度 员与车载台、手持台用户提供语音与数据通信通道，并且保证对车站及车上旅客 进行高层次控制。根据用户的运营要求利用无线通信系统提供的接口API对通信 系统功能进行二次开发实现的计算机辅助调度系统(CAD Sub—system)，是地铁 无线调度系统的一个子系统，为用户定制简单易用的操作界面。CAD子系统为运营 控制中心的调度员(行车调度员、车辆段调度员、环控调度员、公安值班员、维 修调度员)提供对诸如列车司机、运营人员、维护人员和现场人员等无线用户分 别实施无线通信的功能。调度员也可以监听无线用户之间的通话。本文以广州市 和深圳市地铁调度需求为背景，深入研究了数字集群通信的基本理论和二次开发 编程接口(API)，给出了一个能基本满足地铁调度业务要求的系统设计。在理论 研究的基础上，作者采用用例分析方法分析不同用户的使用要求，从总体设计目 标和原则出发，根据系统功能需求，采用面向对象分析设计技术，完成系统整体 架构设计及功能规范和接口规范。最终采用Windows 2000+SQL Server 2000+C／S 作为系统实现的软件方案，实现了一个友好、操作简便的CAD系统。 关键词 地铁无线调度系统：计算机辅助调度(CAD)子系统；调度；无线资源； 应用编程接口(API) ABST ABST RACT 111e aim of Train Radio Dispatching System is to set up a network with voice and graphics．It provides voice and data communication between train／depot controllers， train drivers and portable radios．Considering the metro customer’S dispatching demands，we use the Motorola’S DIMETRA APIs to develop a Computer Aided Dispatching Sub—system(CAD Sub—system)．The system is a sub—system of the Train Radio Dispatching System．It is easy to use and gives a customized interface to controllers and other users．With the system．the controllers at OCC including mainline controller，depot controller，environment controller，maintenance controller and security controller can communicate with all kinds of the radio unit users．At the same time，the controller can monitor the conversation between radio users．This thesis is set in the background of developing CAD sub—system for Guangzhou metro and Shenzhen metro．After study the basic theories of numeric tetra radio system and implementation technologies of API，the author designed a system structure which can satisfy most of the demands of metro customers．And then，the author analyses the system requirement with use case model and completes the system framework design，function and interface specification．The system is implemented by Windows2000 plus SQL Server2000 plus C／S and it’S interface iS friendly and easy to use． Keyword Train Radio Di spatching Sy
