摘要 摘要 摘要 中原城市群经过多年的发展，经济水平得到了大崛提升，在河南省的核心 地位已经巩固，辐射带动作用也已经有所体现。然而与经济的快速发展不符的 是物流产业发展的相对滞后，虽然近儿年区域内的物流产业也有所发展，但目 前的物流市场依然存在管理混乱、整体索质偏低、 j在作效率低 F等问题，无论 是在质上还是量上都已经无法满足中原城市群经济的进一步快速发展要求。经 济的发展必然离不开物流产业的支撑，然而如何才能使得物流产业的发展速度 能够适应经济发展的需要，影响物流产业发展的因素和制约条件又是什么，相 关部门制定什么样的策略才能更有利于物流产业快速稳健的发展，都成为目前 急需解决的问题。 本文利用系统动力学方法对中原城市群的物流产业发展的运行规则、推进 机理及影响因素进行了研究，首先根据对相关社会经济指标的分析，总结了中 原城市群及其物流产业发展的现状，指出了目前中原城市群物流产业发展存在 的问题:其次，构建了中原城市群物流产业发展的系统 iJJ 力学模型，在对中原 城市群物流产业发展进行的系统分析基础上，绘制了影响物流产业发展的关键 因索构成的因果关系图和系统流阁，并根据历史数据和定性分析，构建了系统 动力学方程并设贵刊目关参数:再次，利用系统动力学仿真软件对中原城市群 物流产业未来的发展进行了系统模拟仿真，井有针对性的进行了政策模拟仿真， 得出了协调发展物流固定资产投资，资本转化率和物流运作效率三个因素对中 原城市群物流产业发展最为有利的结论;最后，针对中原城市群物流产业目前 存在的问题，结合系统模拟仿真的结果，分别从优化外部环境、加强投资建设、 辈革合现有资源、提高运作效率四个方面对中原城市群的物流产业的发展提出对 策与建议。 关键词:中原城市群物流产业系统功力学对策 PAGE PAGE IV Abstract Abstract After years of rapid development of Central Henan urban agglomeration ，their economic level has been substantially upgraded ，which endow them with a solid core within Henan Province，and certain agglomeration effects. However，the relatively lagging development of logistics industry cannot keep pace with the economy. Although it has developed to some extent，there still exist such problems as chaotic management ，weak low overall capability and inefficient operation ，which suggest that it cannot satisfy the urgent needs rapid economic developmen t. The economic development would not go independently without the support of logistics industry. Then there emerges a series of questions to be resolved ，as which elements exert negative influence on its development and how to make appropriate strategies to boost its developmen t. With the method of System Dynamics，this essay studies on the operating regulations ，development mechanism and relative elements.
