摘 摘 要 Abstract Abstract i i 摘 要 近年来，随着我国产业结构调整的深入，第三产业所占的比重正在逐年增加。生 产性服务业作为第三产业中的极为关键的组成部分，它的发展被各国愈发重视。本研 究选取网络嵌入为视角，探讨了关系、结构及文化三种嵌入性变量对生产服务企业成 长绩效的影响。这种影响既包含了三种网络嵌入性因素对生产服务企业成长绩效的直 接影响，也包含了三种网络嵌入性因素通过组织创新的中介作用对其的间接影响。 结合国内外相关文献资料研究，选取一些生产性服务企业的成长的指标，通过生 产性服务企业网络嵌入分析，以及生产性服务企业的成长机制的影响因素分析，探寻 网络嵌入对生产性服务企业成长战略的影响。提出几种假设并设计调查问卷，对问卷 进行信度、效度检验。收集分析数据，并进行相关多元回归分析来进行验证。得出以 下重要结论：关系、结构和文化三种嵌入性因素对生产性服务企业的成长绩效具有直 接影响，起着正向的调节作用；关系、结构和文化三种嵌入性因素通过组织创新这一 中介变量对生产性服务企业的成长绩效具有间接影响作用。 最后，本研究立足于研以致用的角度，从网络嵌入和组织创新两个重要方面来提 出对生产性服务企业提升成长绩效的建议。希望能为我国生产性服务企业的健康发展 提供有益启示。 关键词：网络嵌入 组织创新 生产性服务企业 成长绩效 Abstract In recent years, with the adjustment of industrial structure in our country deeply, the third industry proportion is increasing year by year. Productive service industry as the third industry is extremely critical component, its development is the increasing attention. This research selects the network embeddedness perspective , probes into the influence of growth performance, relationship between structure and culture three kinds of embedding variables on the production of service enterprises. This effect includes both direct effects of three kinds of network embeddedness factors on the performance of production services business growth, but also contains three kinds of network embeddedness factors through the intermediary role of organizational innovation of the indirect effect on it. Combined with the research of domestic and foreign literature, selects the growth index of some of the service of enterprise production, the producer service enterprise network embeddedness analysis, analysis of the influencing factors and the producer service enterprise growth mechanism, explore the network is embedded into the impact of long strategy of producer service enterprise.
