Classified Index: C93-05 U.D.C: 65 Dissertation for the Master Degree in Management RESEARCH ON EVALUATION INDICATORS SYSTEM OF ENGINEERING GRADUATE EDUCATION BASED ON FOSTERING MODE REFORMATION Candidate： Sun Yali Supervisor： Associate Prof. Wang Xiaofeng Academic Degree Applied for： Master of Management Speciality： Education Economics and Management Affiliation： Higher education research institute Date of Defence： June, 2009 Degree-Conferring-Institution： Harbin Institute of Technology 哈尔滨工业大学管理学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学管理学硕士学位论文 I I 摘 要 随着我国社会的不断发展，高等教育的发展也越来越快，硕士研究生的招生 规模也不断扩大。但社会的不断发展也决定了社会对人才的需求也发生了变化， 如果没有培养模式的改革，仅仅是数量的增加，容易导致学历贬值。 为了更好的适应社会需求，哈尔滨工业大学对校内一些试点院系进行了硕士 研究生培养模式改革，根据研究生本人意愿、课题方向、就业形势、学科建设及 研究生培养条件等，对硕士研究生按学术研究型和应用研究型两个系列进行培 养，率先在全国高校中全面开展研究生培养模式改革工作。 硕士研究生培养模式改革是否取得成效，硕士研究生的培养质量能否得到保 证，一个很重要的的衡量标准就是对研究生教育进行评估，而评估结果的正确性 则依赖于是否有一个科学合理的评估指标体系。由于硕士研究生的培养模式从一 元逐渐向二元转变，硕士研究生教育的质量标准也相应发生了变化，因此研究生 教育评估也要相应改变，这要求我们在构建研究生教育评估指标体系的时候，应 考虑不同目标导向的硕士研究生培养模式，建立二元的研究生教育评估指标体 系。 通过专家访谈与问卷调查的研究方法，以哈尔滨工业大学培养模式改革的实 践为依托，结合研究生教育评估与培养模式之间的关系，论证了在培养模式改革 的条件下分别针对学术研究型培养模式和应用研究型培养模式建立不同的研究 生教育评估指标体系的必要性，并在哈尔滨工业大学原有研究生教育评估指标体 系的基础上，建立适合以哈尔滨工业大学为例的工科研究生教育评估指标体系。 关键词：培养模式改革；研究生教育评估；指标体系 II II Abstract With the continuous development of our society, the development of higher education has become faster and faster, the graduate enrollment was also expanded. However, the continuous development of society has also decided the diversification of societys demand for talented person, if there is no fostering mode reformation, only the increase in the number, easily led to the devaluation of educational background. In order to better adapt to social needs, Harbin Institute of Technology have carried on the graduate fostering mode reformation at some pilot faculties, which purpose is to foster the graduates respectively with the research-oriented and the profession-oriented in accordance with the wishes, subject orientation, employment situation, the subject building and cultivation conditions
