提高城市轨道站点地区慢行出行的规划对策 常黎丽，邵俊豪 摘要：慢行交通作为一种低碳、环保、可持续的绿色出行方式，不仅在短距离出行中占据重要位置，也在 居民换乘轨道交通的中、长距离出行中起着核心作用。采用理论实践相结合法及系统归纳法分析了我国大 城市轨道站点地区慢行出行的影响因素及问题，研究表明：①影响城市轨道站点地区慢行出行有三大主要 因素，即土地利用、交通系统、空间环境；②归纳总结了城市轨道站点地区建设普遍存在的五个问题，即 土地开发模式日益趋同、公共设施未形成紧凑复合的布局模式、慢性交通系统可达性差、站点与慢行环境 缺乏整合、站点周边开发建设的制度滞后；③提出了五项积极的规划对策与建议，即土地混合开发模式多 样化对策、公共服务设施临近对策、道路网络便捷可达对策、慢行环境友好对策和轨道运营政策创新对策， 以期为提高我国城市轨道站点地区慢行出行比例提供可借鉴的思路。 关键词： 轨道站点，慢行出行，规划对策 中图分类号：TU984.1 文献标识码：A MeasurestoImprove Slow TravelinUrbanRail StationArea/ShenJie,Duan YaPeng Abstract Asalow-carbon,environmentally friendly and sustainableway totravel,slowtrafficnot only occupy ： theimportantposition intheshort distancetravel,but alsoplaysacentralroleintransfer orbittransportation,long distancetravel.Thispaper analyzestheinfluencefactorsandproblemsof slowtravel in Chinasmetropolitanrail transit stationbyusingthemethodof system induction and combinetheory togetherwithpractice.Research shows: ①Therearethreemain factorsaffectingthe slowtravel ofurban orbit sites:landuse,transportation system and spaceenvironment.②Thispaper summarizesthefiveproblemsintheconstruction ofurban rail sitearea,namely, thelanddevelopmentmodelisbecomingmoreandmorecommon,thepublicfacilitiesdonot form acompact compositelayoutmode,theaccessibility ofchronictransportation system ispoor,thesiteandthe slow environment arelack ofintegration,sitedevelopment Construction system lag.
