城市更新背景下独克宗古城居民地方感调查研究 华翊伶 摘要：近年来，少数民族聚居地伴随着旅游业的开发，开展了各项城市更新工程，居民地方感受到了影响， 从而阻隔了少数民族聚居地的历史文脉延续。鉴于此，研究采取问卷调查与田野调查相结合的方式，以独 克宗古城为例，实地调研少数民族居民在古城镇更新背景下地方感的变化，预测十年后居民外迁意向，并 将地方感划分为地方认知感、地方根植感、地方获得感三个维度。结论得出：目前独克宗古城居民仍保持 较高的地方感，其中地方认知感最强，地方根植感次之，最后为地方获得感。影响中青年居民对独克宗古 城地方感的因素主要是：火灾后重建工程、更新改建工程、宗教信仰、社交状况、政府管控能力；影响老 年居民对独克宗古城地方感的因素主要是：宗教信仰、更新工程、交通状况、社交状况。中青年居民与老 年居民之间的地方感存在断裂倾向，十年后中青年居民外迁可能性较高，对独克宗古城历史文脉的延续产 生负面影响。 关键词：城市更新，少数民族聚居地，地方感，独克宗古城 Abstract :In recent years, with the development of the tourism industry, ethnic minority settlements have carried out variousurban renewal projects which influenced residents’local sense and blocked the historical continuation of ethnic minority settlements. Based on this, study adopts a combination of questionnaires and field surveys, taking the example of Dukezong, investigating changes in local sense of minority residents in the context of renewing ancient citiesandtowns. Study predictstheresidents intention tomove after ten years.Besides,dividing the local sense into three dimensions of local perception, regional rooting, and local attainment. Conclusion: residents of Dukezong Ancient City still maintain a high level of local sense, local sense of cognition is the strongest, followed by local rooting, and finally is local sense of acquisition.The factors affecting the young and middle-aged residents’local sense in Dukezong are mainly about reconstruction projects after the fire, renovation and reconstruction projects, religious beliefs, social conditions and government control capabilities. The factors affecting the elderly residents’local sense are:religious beliefs, renovation projects, traffic conditions, and social conditions. There is a tendency to break the local sense between young and middle-aged residents and elderly residents, young residents are more likely to relocate after ten years which will influence the continuation of the history ofDuczongAnci
