某小区No.9幢楼设计 某小区No.9幢楼设计 PAGE I PAGE I 本科毕业设计 土木工程 某小区No.9幢楼设计 Design of No. 9 building of A residential area 某小区No.9幢楼设计 某小区No9幢楼设计 摘要;本设计的主体结构为六层现浇混凝土框架结构，整个建筑采用对称形式，符合住宅楼建筑规范，并体现住宅楼的整体性，满足住户居住生活要求。混凝土具有取材容易、用材合理、耐久性强等优点，另外现浇框架结构也具有整体性好、有利于抗震，分隔自由等优点。制图采用Autocad软件绘制，结构部分采用PKPM计算，并将典型的一榀框架详细计算过程单独列出。整个建筑是适应时代发展的多层建筑。 本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计包括方案确定，建筑施工图绘制，而结构设计是用PKPM结构设计软件进行设计。结构设计主要内容为荷载计算，梁、板、柱配筋计算，楼梯设计计算、柱下桩基础设计计算。 通过本多层混凝土框架结构的完整设计，使我能系统总结，勤于思考，综合地运用所学的基础理论知识和专业知识来解决实际的工程设计问题，并能进一步加强我的建筑设计和结构设计的能力。 关键词：框架结构；住宅；对称；结构设计 Design of No. 9 building of A residential area Abstract:The design for the six main structure of cast-in-situ concrete frame structure layer, the whole building adopts symmetrical forms, accord with the building codes of residential building, and embodies the integrity of the residential buildings, meet residents living requirements.Concrete has drawn easy, timber reasonable, durability strong wait for an advantage, another cast-in-situ frame structure also have good entirety, be helpful for seismic, separated for free, etc.When drawing, using Autocad software, structure part adopts the calculation of PKPM and the typical investigated.one detailed calculation process will list separately. The whole building is to adapt the development of The Times multistory buildings. This design include two parts ,one is architectural design and the other is structure design. Architecture design including plan, building construction drawing, and Structure design is designed with PKPM structure design software. Structural design main contents for the load calculation, beam, plate, column reinforcement calculation, stair design calculation, under column pile foundation design calculation. After the design of this multi-layer concrete frame structure, I can summarize systematically,comprehensively use the learned basic theoretical knowledge and expertise to solve practical engineering problems, and can further strengthen my architectural design and structure design
