综合护理干预促进胃肠手术后快速康复的临床观察 范桂娣 南京医科大学附属无锡第二医院普外科江苏无锡214002 【摘 要】目的：观察并探讨综合护理干预对促进患者手术后胃肠功能快速 康复的临床效果。方法：选取2013年1月~2014年12月在我院进行胃肠手术的 100例患者作为研究对象，采取随机抽取的方法，将其分为对照组(n=50)和观 察组(250)。对照组患者进行常规护理，观察组患者进行综合护理干预。护理 结束后，观察对比对照组患者和观察组患者的胃肠功能恢复情况，主要包括肠鸣 音的恢复时间、排气恢复时间以及排便恢复时间。结果：手术后，观察组患者的 肠鸣音恢复时间、排气恢复时间、排便恢复时间均明显早于对照组(Plt;0.05)o 结论：对胃肠手术患者进行综合护理干预，能够使患者手术后的肠胃功能的康复 速度加快，有效改善预后，值得被广泛应用于胃肠手术患者的临床治疗中。 【关键词】胃肠手术；快速康复；综合护理干预；胃肠功能 【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999 (2015 ) 9-0611-02 [Abstract] Objective: To observe and explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with gastrointestinal function after operation and promote rapid recovery. Methods: 100 cases of 2013 January ~2014 year in December for gastrointestinal operation in our hospital patients as the research object, adopt the method of random sampling, which can be divided into control group (n二50) and observation group (n二50). The control group received routine care, patients in study group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. After the nursing care, observation group compared with the control the recovery of patients and the observation group of patients with gastrointestinal function, including bowel sound recovery time,recovery time and recovery time of defecation. Results: After surgery, the observation group of patients with bowel sound recovery time, recovery time, recovery time of defecation were significantly earlier than the control group (Plt;0.05).
