摘 摘 要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 风力发电专利信息服务对风电行业的发展起着不可估量的重要作用，但是 目前国内外的风力发电信息服务缺乏统一、有效的组织标准和规范，对风力发 电专利信息的研究广度还不够、深度也有待挖掘，使得风电行业的专利信息服 务无法取得良好的效果，导致风电产业的专利问题一直制约着风电产业的发展。 随着全球电子信息化的发展，谁能提供良好的风电行业专利信息服务，谁就能 占领风电产业的制高点，提高综合竞争力。为了解决这一类问题，本文提出了 国内外风力发电专利信息目录体系构建研究，以期通过构建风力发电专利信息 目录体系对风力发电专利信息资源进行梳理、规划和整合，从而形成统一、完 整的风力发电专利信息资源组织结构，提高风力发电专利信息的利用的效率。 本文首先对风力发电专利信息服务的现状以及存在的问题进行了阐述和分 析，并提出了通过构建目录体系的方法对风力发电专利信息进行资源整合的思 路。其次，通过对国内外风力发电技术相关状况的深入研究，联合专利信息服 务的方法和途径，尝试对国内外风力发电专利信息重新进行分类和编目，进而 构建一个风力发电专利信息中文分类目录体系，并从多个角度证实风力发电专 利信息目录体系具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。 关键词：风力发电；专利信息；信息资源；目录体系；专利服务 I Abst Abstract Abstract Patent information services for wind power development plays an invaluable role to the wind power industry , but the current domestic wind power information services lack a unified and effective organizational standards and norms , research breadth of patent information on wind power is not enough , the depth to be excavated , making the wind power industry patent information services can not achieve good results , leading to patent issues wind power industry has been restricting the development of the wind power industry . With the global development of electronic information, who can provide good wind industry patent information services, who will be able occupied the commanding heights of the wind power industry, improve the comprehensive competitiveness.
