华 中 科技 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 华中 科技 大 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 I I PAGE IV PAGE IV 摘 要 水塔是工业建筑中很常见的构筑物，在城市转型发展中常常面临需要拆除 的命运，而处在市中心的汉口水塔作为武汉最早的一座水塔保留了很多城市历 史，汉口水塔作为重要的工业遗产是国家级历史保护建筑，其历史保护价值不 言而喻。结合各类对水塔进行改造的案例，认真研究了在保护历史建筑方面做 的比较成熟的城市对古建筑的修复和利用，本文尝试探讨汉口水塔在作为工业 遗产和文物保护建筑在改建上存在矛盾点的博物馆建筑设计的可能性，提出了 在保护文保建筑的前提下合理的利用工业建筑的优势对水塔进行合理的改造， 通过探讨水塔改造的可能性对其进行设计定位，从而达到对水塔进行合理改造 的同时保护古建原有特色的目的。 关键词：汉口水塔；工业建筑；历史保护建筑；改造设计；可行性研究 Abstract The water tower is a very common part in the industrial building structures , are often faced with the fate of being removed in the the development and transformation of the city, and the Hankou water tower in downtown as the earliest retains a lot of city histories, not only is the industrial heritage but also is the national historical protection buildings, with the protection of important value.
