- PAGE I - 本科毕业论文 （20 届） A公司库存管理分析与优化研究 所在学院 专业班级 工业工程 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月 PAGE 2 PAGE 3 摘要 摘要：存货作为公司的一项占有很大比例的资产，直接关系到企业的占有资金以及客户满足度。库存太多虽然容易满足客户的需求。但占有资金大；太少则有可能丢失客户而造成损失。存货管理的好坏也密切关系到整个公司和公司利益的相关者，因此，必须重视对存货的管理。库存管理是制造型企业生产运营管理的重要组成部分，加强库存控制是提高企业活力，降低企业生产成本，增强企业竞争力的有效手段。随着经济全球化和信息化，大型企业可以上马ERP、MRP等管理信息系统，重视供应链库存管理，实施零库存等各种措施。面对市场竞争压力，中小企业只有找出适合自己的库存管理策略，才能在市场上求生存、谋发展。本文先介绍库存管理的相关知识，再分析A公司的库存管理现状，理论联系实践，结合A公司的实际情况，运用工业工程的技术手段和实用工具，对A公司库存管理现状进行分析，最后指出对于相应的问题而可以实施的措施。 关键词：库存管理；库存模式；ABC分类；EOQ。 Study Of Inventory Management Of A Company And Optimization Abstract: Inventory as a very large proportion of assets,relates directly to enterprises possession of funding and customer satisfaction degree.Inventory much although easy to meet the demand of customers,but occupies funds; little are likely to lose customers.Inventory management bad or good is close to company and who related to the company.So,we must attach importance to inventory management.Inventory management is a important part of manufacturing enterprise operations management,strengthen inventory control is to improve the enterprise vitality and reduce production costs,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises effective means.With economic globalization and informationization,large company can use erp,mrpetc,paying attention to inventory management of supply chain management,implement zero inventory,etc.Face rivalry in the market,small and medium company only find owe inventory management strategy，survive and development in the market.This paper first introduces inventory management knowledge,then analysis the inventory management situation of a company, link theory with practice,combining the actual conditions of a company, using industrial engineering technical means and practical tools, to a company inventory management are analyzed,and finally points out measures fpr the problem
