包 装 工 程 第 37 卷 第 13 期 弹50 弹 PACKAGING ENGINEERING 2016 7 高脚杯缓冲包装力学性能有限元分析 巩雪，常江，孙智慧 哈尔滨商业大学，哈尔滨 150028 摘要： 目的 研究设计的包装结构对高脚杯的缓冲效果。方法 建立高脚杯缓冲包装件实体模型，导 入Ansys/LS-DYNA 中，确定材料的性能参数及边界条件，进行跌落仿真，分析仿真结果。结果 根 据跌落仿真得到的应力云图，分析在跌落和回弹过程中包装件及内装物的应力变化，通过对最大加 速度进行分析表明，设计的缓冲包装结构能够使高脚杯的最大加速度在 80g 以下。结论 设计的缓 冲包装满足产品脆值要求，到了缓冲包装的效果。 关键词： 高脚杯；缓冲包装；脆值；力学性能 中图分类号：TB485.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001-3563(2016)13-0050-04 Finite Element Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Goblet Cushion Packaging GONG Xue, CHANG Jiang, SUN Zhi-hui Harbin University of Commerce, Harbin 150028, China ABSTRACT: This work aimed to study the cushioning effect of the packaging structure designed. A goblet cushion package model was introduced into Ansys/LS-DYNA, the material parameters and boundary conditions were determined, drop simu- lation was conducted, and the simulation results were analyzed. According to the stress cloud obtained by drop simulation, the stress changes of the package and the contents during the fall and rebound processes were analyzed. Based on the maxi- mum acceleration analysis, the cushion packaging structure designed could keep the maximum acceleration of goblet below 80g . The cushion packaging designed met the fragility requirement of the product, and reached the cushioning effect.
