II II Abstract The county economy is an important part of the national economy, and it is also an important force in promoting economic development. The series of reform measures in recent years made the county economy of Guangxi has developed rapidly and enlarged further. The process of industrialization has been speed up, characteristics of industrial development turned to be more obviously, and the private economy-led forces to strengthen. To achieve the strategic goal of strengthen county economies of Guangxi, the county economic and industrialization may not develop without the support of finance. The combination of county economic with the specific social, economic and financial environment of Guangxi, and the path of financial support to upgrade the industrial structure has then become an unavoidable problem. Summarized the study research of financial support to industrial structure adjustment from domestic and foreign, it showed that the mainly problems are still exist. The characteristics of the foreign economic development decided the focus of foreign scholars study is mainly on the financial aspects effects of economic growth, and study on adjusting industrial structure is still relatively small.
