Abstract
With the rapid development of society,the education system is also in the unceasing innovation.At present, primary and secondary education in China promoting the reform of new curriculum is in full swing;however,there still exist realistic problem which is the unbalanced development of major subject and minor subject in the middle school education system.Art subject has become the important carrier of aesthetic education,so to improving the quality of education,the development of teachers’professional quality and teaching level,no doubt become the key to push.To this end,various regions in China carry out targeted training programs and the”national training plan”among these projects is the most representative.The implementation ofthe project broke the traditional forms
of training.In the process of training implementation,it emphasizes three ideas which break through the framework of training,Pragmatic effectiveness and blaze innovation abroad,and formally promotes the innovation ofteachers’in—service training.
In this paper,taking the fine arts teachers of more than 20 middle schools at Six urban areas and surrounding county towns of Guilin,which include Xiufeng,Diecai,Xiangshan,Seven star,Wild goose mountain Districts and Lingui newly developed district,as the research sample,the author Use literature research method,Field investigation research method,interview recording,and method of comparative research carry out the research the training curriculum of the middle school fine teachers in Guilin,through the investigation and interview analyze the condition of GuangXi District’s fine training curriculum and the present condition of middle school
