Methods: By megawin sEMG acquisition and analysiS system,MES01$20 muscle funct ion analyzer and portabl 3D force measurement and Taiwan KISLTER respectively in the square dance,Tai Chi exercise of elderly women and do not often participate in physical exercise of older women are synchronous balance ability test,collecting the original data and relevant application software for processing. Results: 1,compared with the physical exercise group,the relative limb skeletal muscle content and skeletal muscle index,tai chi group and square dance group were increased,but there was no s igni ficant difference.
