摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 近代上海是一个国际，国内移民共同构筑的远东大都市。国内移民的地域 观念、家乡观念重，移民同乡往往聚结成群，方便发展。由于种种历史原因， 近代上海的广东移民人数不少，曾经是上海一支重要的力量，对上海城市建筑 的发展产生过巨大的影响。本文拟从社会学的角度入手，围绕广东移民在近代 上海的各种活动，说明其对上海城市与建筑的影响的同时，揭示近代上海城市 建筑发展中的一些特点。本论文主要从以下三个专题来展开论述：首先，广东 移民在上海城市里的聚居地的分布和建筑的特点；第二，广东移民在上海的地 缘空间网络与再造故乡；第三，粤籍商人房地产开发、粤籍华侨创办四大百货 公司与上海的都市商业景观。通过以上三个专题的论述，主要说明近代上海的 广东移民对上海建筑类型的发展、市民空间的形成、都市化以及新都市商业中 心形成的巨大影响力。 当前对上海城市与建筑的研究已经很多了，但是从一个族群出发论述其对 近代上海城市与建筑的影响的还没有，本文力图填补此空白。 关键词：广东移民，近代上海，地缘空间网络，都市景观，市民空间 AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT Modern Shanghai was a Far East metropoUs built by the imigrants of both domestic and overseas．There was a sense of nostalgia in the mind of the domestic imigrants．∞they always gathered in groups to seek developments．With various reasons，there were quite a lot of Cangtong imigrants in mod廿n Shanghai．They brought about great influence on the development of the city and architectures of Shanghai．This dissertation holds the sociological points of view．It in仃oduces all sorts of activities of the Cangtong imigrants in modern Shanghai in order to explain their influence on the development of the city and architectures of Shanghai，and meanwhile，unveil the features of the development．This dissertation generally separates into the following 3 topics：1“is about the habitats distribution and the architectural features of the Cangtong imigrants in Shanghai；2”is about the region related space networks and the hometown rebuilding of the Cangtong imigrants in Shanghai；3”is about the real estate developed by the Cangtong born businessmen, the 4 main department stores founded by the Cangtong born ovfffsea$Chinese，and the urban commercial scene of Shanghai．The discussion of these 3 topics is to show the great influence the Cangtong imigrants made on the development of the arehiteetuml types，the formation of the citizen space，the urbanization,and the formation ofthe new urban commercial center in Shanghai． Up to now,there are plenty of studies on the city and architectures of Shanghai． but it is s
