Abstract
Along with the continuous deepening of the reform of education system, t he establishment of a scientific management system of human resources has become an inevitable requirement of development of the school, especially a private one. Private schools have been faced with some problems, like loss of talented people and the limited funds, effected by factors of operation mode, school properties and social status etc. The salary management of a school is the core of human resources management, and to make a scientific salary system has become the urgent matter of the school.
The High School Attached to Harbin Institute of Technology, established from 2001as a name turn, has worked wonders of education in Harbin City. The advanced education thought, competitive salary and flexible educational system made it over other schools. However, with national, provincial and municipal education policies come on stage, the situation of monopoly of Harbin city education market will be broken and it is worth thinking about how to maintain its advantage in teachers in future development. The s chool salary advantage has gradually lost and the team of teachers is faced with crisis, therefore, to establish a scientific salary management system is imminent.
This article points out that the salary system of the High School Attached to HIT has limited the development of it and tries to find out the reason by means of analyzing the current salary system, as well as seeking the existing problems. According to the problems, together with the 35 development outline and the objective environment for the future development of the school, a new salary management system corresponding to the development of the school is worked out. It is proposed in the new salary management system to carry out an annual salary system for the field rank leadership, performa nce post wage system for teachers,
